THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ndaya Awino (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.1 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Rachuonyo, registered as Central Kasipul/Kamuma/584, and whereas the senior principal magistrate at Oyugis in succession cause No. 101 of 2018 has executed the matter, and whereas all efforts made to trace the lost title deed have failed, notice is given that after thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 in the name of Damarice Atieno Otieno, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ndaya Awino (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
