THE TRANSFER OF BUSINESS ACT

TRANSFER

PURSUANT to sections 3 and 4 of the Transfer of Business Act of the laws of Kenya, notice is given that Lino Stationers Africa Limited, of P.O. Box 46268-00100, Nairobi, Kenya aforesaid (the "transferor") who carry on business as retailers of office supplies and services at The Odyssey 84, Muthithi Road, Nairobi, shall with effect from the 1st October, 2018 transfer its business and assets to Sai Office Supplies Limited, of P.O. Box 61663-00200, Nairobi, (the "transferee") who carries on business at The Odyssey 84, Muthithi Road, Nairobi. The transferee shall not assume any of the liabilities incurred in the business by the transferor prior to the date of transfer. Dated the 1st October, 2018.
