NOTICE is given that the first meeting of the creditors of ARM Cement PLC (under Administration) will be held on Tuesday, the 23rd October, 2018 at 1000Hrs, at Pridelnn Hotel, Westlands Road, Nairobi. The Joint Administrators have circulated their Statement of Proposals to all creditors with claims against the Company, for their consideration ahead of the meeting. Any creditor that has not received a copy of the Proposals can reach the Administrators through the email address provided below. To be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must have submitted their claim against the Company, together with appropriate supporting documentation, to the Joint Administrators. Any creditor that has not submitted their claim against the Company is advised to do so at the address provided below at least 72 hours ahead of the meeting. Creditors may attend the meeting either in person or by way of proxy. Proxies to be used at the meeting have been shared with the creditors together with the Proposals, and must be lodged with the Joint Administrators at the postal or email address provided below to be received before the day of meeting. Creditors who will not be able to attend the meeting in person or by proxy are requested to communicate their decision on the Proposals to the Joint Administrators, in writing, through the postal or email address below to be received on or before the day of the meeting. Please note that creditors will bear their own cost for attendance of the meeting. The Joint Administrators act on behalf of the Company without any personal liability.
