NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an authority and order under the miscellaneous application Case No.
91 of 2017 by the judge/magistrate of the Chief Magistrate Court at
Kikuyu Law Court, Kiambu and Senior Principal Magistrate's Court, Limuru to the owners of motor vehicles and motor cycles which are lying idle and unclaimed within the Kikuyu Police Station and Tigoni
Police Station yards, to collect the said motor vehicles and motor cycles at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to which Regent Auctioneers Nairobi shall proceed to dispose off the said motor vehicles and motor cycles by way of public auction on behalf of Kikuyu Police Station and
Tigoni Police Station if they remain uncollected/unclaimed.
