REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) James Kimotho Kariuki (ID/10863275) and (2) Caroline Muthoni Maranga (ID/10516808), as joint Proprietors, both of P.O. Box 8249-00300, Nairobi in the -Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.223900 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 102/346, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
