TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 75 OF 2018 By George Gikunga Muchai, of P.O. Box 241-30200. Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Haron Muchai Githongo, who died at Mt. Elgon Hospital in Kenya. on 18th June,2015. CAUSE NO.80 OF 2018 By Joseph Wainaina Ndungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evans Ndungu Wainaina. who died at District Hospital, Kitale in Kenya, on 17th May, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause he shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
