CAUSE NO. 25 0F2018 By (1) Ruth Wandia Mwaura and (2) James Kinungi Kimani, both of P.O. Box 28-00209, Loitoktok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Ngugi Kimani, who died at District Hospital, Loitoktok in Kenya, on 24th January, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect eittered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
