REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Narinder Singh Kalsi and (2) Varinder Kaur Kalsi., as administrators of the estate of Kuldip Singh Kalsi (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that masionatte No. 8 erected on the piece of land known as L. R. No. 209/103/4, situate in the city of Nairobi in the I4airobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I. R. 73455/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
