REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mbaraka Abdullahi Omar, of P.O. Box 85734-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold interest of all that piece of land known as plot No. 2570/I11/MN. situate north of Mtwapa Creek in the district of Kilifi, registered as C.R. 28478, and whereas sufficient evidence, has been adduced to show that the deed . file and folio have been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof unlessa written objection is received within that period, I shall proceed with the regitration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file and folio as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
