REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kijabe Limited, of P.O. Box 358, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Portion No. 4006 (Original No. 184/2) Malindi, situate within Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, by virtue of an indenture registered as LT. 37, Folio 22/1, File 5032 and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed4 and whereas the owners have executed an indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
