GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13108

WHEREAS Noah Ndwiga Titus (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, registered as KyenifMufu/2126, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Runyenjes in succession cause No. H.C./R.M. 243 of 2017, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the names of (I) Emily Muthoni Ndwiga (ID/3708814) and (2) Sarah Thaara Ndwiga (ID/I 1022352), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that, after thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the productioh of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said of (I) Emily Muthoni Ndwiga (ID/3708814) and (2) Sarah Thaara Ndw.iga (ID/i 1022352), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Noah Ndwiga Titus (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
