REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Christopher Mukuva Mainga, of P.O. Box 130, Kangundo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered-as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kangundo/IsingaI1755, Situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Kangundo in succession cause No. 6 of 2018, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Agnes Nzula M4uva and (2) Christopher Kamwanza Wambua, both of P.O. Box 1030, Kangundo, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender to the land registrar the land certificate have failed, notice is given that after thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 in the name of (1) Agnes Nzula Mukuva and (2) Christopher Kamwanza Wambua, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Christopher Mukuva Mainga, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
