NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38 of Laws of Kenya), to the owners of assorted crank shafts, engine blocks, and other assorted spares which are lying -within the premises of Bhambra Motor Engineering Works Limited, situated at Nakuru Town for three years from 2015 to date to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges, repair charges and other incidental costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken.
