THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Athanas Mwandawiro Ngoruse (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Bura/Mlughi/53, situate in the district of Taita Taveta, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Voi in succession cause No. 3 of 2012, has issued grants letters of administration to Antony Katuu Mwandawiro, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Antony Katuu Mwandawiro, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Athanas Mwandawiro Ngoruse (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
