TRANSFER

NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 3 and 4 of the Transfer of the Businesses Act, that Foresight Interiors Limited, of P.O. Box 40370–00100, Nairobi (“the transferor”) a limited liablity company carrying on the business of installing kitchens and other building interior products at Muringa Grove, off Muthaiga Road in the Kilimani area of Nairobi within the Republic of Kenya, has pursuant to a business transfer agreement enteerd on the 1st January, 2018, transferred its business and assets to Foresight Housing Group Limited (“the transferee”) a limited liability company, of P.O. Box 25929– 00100, Nairobi. The transferee shall from that date carry on business at the aforesaid premises. The transferee shall not be liable for the debts and liabilities incurred in the business by the reansferor prior to, leading upto and including the date of transfer.
