EXTENSION

WHEREAS, by liquidation order dated 14th March, 2017, I appointed Josephine Mwangi (Mrs.), County Director for Co- operative, Murang’a County to be a liquidator of Agip Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Limited (in Liquidation) (CS 2813) for a period not exceeding one (1) year. And whereas the said Josephine Mwangi has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. I now therefore extend the liquidation period with effect from the 4th October, 2018 for another term not exceeding one (1) year for the said Josephine Mwangi to act as the liquidator for Agip Savings and Credit Co-operation Society Limited.
