NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the under-mentioned motor vehicles which are currently lying at various premises as indicated below, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publications of this notice upon payment of all the outstanding storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken. If the aforesaid motor vehicles are not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same shall be sold by public auction or private treaty on behalf of the company by Dalali Auctioneers P.O.
