NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 3rd September, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 372, in Volume B-13, Folio 1872/13826, File No. 1637, by our client, Hussein Abdurrahmaan Thuo Ndungu, of P.O. Box 82555–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Francis Thuo Ndungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Francis Thuo Ndungu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hussein Abdurrahmaan Thuo Ndungu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Hussein Abdurrahmaan Thuo Ndungu only.
