TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 285 OF 2017 By (1) Amrit Kaur Ghatahora and (2) Pardeep Singh Gatahora, both of P.O. Box 48411-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Shabana Osman & Associates, advocate of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gurnam Singh s/o Pritam Singh alias Gurnam Singh Ghatahora, late of Machakos, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 28th January, 2017. CAUSE No. 141 OF 2018 By ( I) Judy Amoke and (2) Irene Amoke, both of P.O. Box 118- 00517, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, through Messrs. Rachier & Amollo, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jenipher Kwanya Amoke, late of Kisumu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th November, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this Notice in the Kenya Gazette.
