TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 155 OF 2018 By Martha Njoki Mwanzia, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Mutanu Mwanzia, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 28th December, 2017. CAusE No. 167 OF 2018 By (1) Harieri Hadija Ali and (2) Omar Juma Galido in Kenya, the deceased's widow and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Said Jillo Iselaza, who died at Hola Secondary School, on 9th August, 2017. CAUSE No. 181 OF 2018 By Kalume Johnson Nyawa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Nyawa Munga, who died at-Kwale, Kaloleni, on 5th December, 1994. CAUSE NO.218 OF 2018 By Margaret Achieng Otiende, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Otiende Okoth, who died at Ojolla, on 31st December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
