TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 704 OF 2018 By Pamela Awuor Oyugi, of P.O. Box 21, Daraja Mbili in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Sigu Oriendo alias Sigu Oriedo, who died at North Kapuonja Sub-location, West Kisumu Location, on 20th June, 1990. CAUSE No. 705 OF 2018 By Lusia Akoth Misira, of P.O. Box 46, Pap Onditi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Misira Chan, who died at Kabodho East Sub- location, Pap Onditi Location, on 20th October, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
