Box 22-30307, Mosoriot in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malakwen Kimaswai, late of Kosirai, Nandi, who died at Moi Teaching and Refferal Hospital in Kenya, on 16th May, 2015. CAUSE No. 47 OF 2018 By (1) Esther Wangoi Ndungu and (2) Cyrus Njuguna Ndung'u, both of P.O. Box 1463-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Cyrus Ndungu alias John Cyrus Ndung'u alias John Cyrus Ndungu Njuguna alias Cyrus Njuguna Ndungu alias John Ndungu Silas alias John Ndungu Njuguna, who died at Langas Estate, on 1st July 2018.
