TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 58 OF 2018 By (I) Mercy Njeri Njenga, (2) Keziah Wanjiru Njenga and (3) Emmah Wanjiku Marekia, all of P.O Box 33065-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Njenga Marekia, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 11th December, 2008. CAUSE No. 78 OF 2018 By Pauline Wambui Nguah, of P.O. Box 2446-00621, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Nevil Horswil, who died at Kiambu M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 8th August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
