TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 123 OF 2016 By Saraswatiben Amratlal Bhundia, of P.O. Box 98463-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of the will of Amratlal Ramji Bhundia, who died at Mombasa, on 2nd March, 2014. CAUSE No. 199 OF 2018 By ( I) Elizabeth Syombua Kitonyi and (2) Monica Njeri Kamau, both of P.O. Box 99871, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's mother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Mueni Kamau, who died at V .0.K., on 6th October, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
