TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 49 OF 2018 By Said Ali Said Bagharib, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Said Ali alias Ali Said Ali Bagharib, who died at Majengo Mapya, on 17th June, 2014. CAUSE NO. 201 OF 2018 By (1) Mary Nafula Juma and (2) Joseph Wafula Ismael, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ismael Wamalwa Aineah Juma, who died at Bungoma, on 30th April, 2017. CAUSE No. 253 OF 2018 By (1) Mukumbi Stephen Nzai, (2) Mary Duka Mwangiri and (3) Martha Kembi Mwangiri, all of P.O. Box 112, Mazeras in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangiri Katama Mwangiri, who died at Matsajeni/Forodhani, Kilifi, on 7th August, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
