TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 652 OF 2018 By (1) Beatrice Anyango Okelo and (2) Salmon Isaya Juma, both of P.O. Box 75, Nyando in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Juma Onyonge, who died at Residential Home, Kisumu, on 22nd June, 2002. CAUSE No. 672 OF 2018 By Mary Aoko Onyango, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Onyango Nyanja alias Onyango Nyanja, who died at East Kolunje, on 13th February, 2009. CAUSE No. 673 OF 2018 By George Omondi Obiero, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Obiero Nyanja alias Obiero Nyanja, who died at East Kolunje, on 20th October, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect eniered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
