TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 330 OF 2018 By (1) Lusy Wanjiku Kahende and (2) Jannet Wangari Kahindi, both of P.O. Box 46702-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, through Messrs. Gichachi & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Mugo Kahindi, late of Kanyariri, Kiambu, who died at Ufundi Co-operative, on 7th August, 1998. CAUSE No. 331 OF 2018 16th November, 2018 THE KENYA GAZETTE 4067 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
