TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 30 of 2017 By (1) David Kipkoros Koibos, (2) Kiptallam Teberewo and (3) Joseph Toroitich Teberewo, all of P.O. Box 417, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kapteberewo Koibos, who died at Sabor, on 20th November, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown: to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
