TAKE NOTICE that an application having, been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 75 OF 2018 By (I) Nancy Wangui Mwithaga, (2) Eva Njeri Njuguna and (3) Harriet Njeri Mwithaga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keffa Njuguna Mwithag,a, who died at Ongata Rongai, on 6th December, 2017. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
