TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court By (1) Lorna Sanau and (2) Rebeca IvIpepeyio Nkapiani, the deceased's daughter and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shankoya Masharia alias Shankoyia ole Masharia, who died at Masharia ni, on 13th September, 2017. CAUSE No. 56 OF 2018 By (1) Lalang Leketamboi Sankei and (2) Jouphat Sandei Katamboi, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sandei Katamboi alias Santei ole Katabui, who died at Topoti, on 2nd August. 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
