Box 362, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwabe Akunga, who died at Boige Sub-location, on 12th September, 1994. CAUSE No. 156 OF 2018 By Mellen Moraa, of P.O. Box 92-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lukas Nyabote Momanyi, who died on 19th June, 2017. CAUSE No. 394 OF 2018 By James Mokua, of P.O. Box 858-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masagege Onsoti, who died at Bokeire Sub-location, on 24th December, 1973. CAUSE No. 395 OF 2018 By Eva Bosibori Nyambworo, of P.O. Box 57328-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezron Nyambworo, who died at Masakwe Sub- location, on 2nd June, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
