TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 132 OF 2017 By Rosemary Wanjiku Njenga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kenda Njenga, who died at Limuru Nursing Home, on 17th April, 2014. CAUSE No. 199 OF 2018 By (1) Joseph Muchiri Ndungu and (2) Jane Wanja Ndungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungu Muchiri, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 31st January, 2017. CAUSE NO. 250 OF 2018 By (1) Geoffrey Nganga Ngoroto and (2) Peter Ndegwa Ngoroto, both of P.O. Box Thigio via Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Mary Wanjiru Warotho alias Mary Wanjiru Ngoroto, who died at Thigio, Gitutha, on 21st November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
