Box 133, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyambane Ombongi, who died at Emenwa Location, on 13th November, 2010. CAUSE No. 39 OF 2018 By (1) Josephine Gesare Mosota and (2) Jared Mosota Kiyondi, both of P.O. Box 143-40204, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased's sister-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyatuka Obwondi, who died at Kanyimbo Sub- location, on 6th July, 1997. CAUSE No. 53 OF 2018 By Isaiah Nyaberi Nyang'au, of P.O. Box 336, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peterson Nyang'au Makworo, who died at Bassi Borabu Location, on 30th August, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
