CAUSE NO. 238 OF 2018 By Daniel Kamau Kariuki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariuki Wakiugu, who died on 26th September, 1996. CAUSE No. 240 OF 2018 By John Kamande Ndungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungu Njuguna, who died on 16th April, 2000. CAUSE No. 244 OF 2018 By Beth Nyambura Mwaura, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Mwaura Mungai, who died at Kiahiti Sub-location, on 24th ADecember, 2017. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
