TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 54 OF 2018 By Isaac Muriungi, of P.O. Box 210, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Imuchui alias John M'Muchui M'Rarama, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 27th September, 2001. CAUSE No. 55 OF 2018 By Grace Nkoroi M'Nkurichia, of P.O. Box 39, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arongo Tamauta, who died at Amatu, on 3rd April, 2000. CAUSE No. 58 OF 2018 By Kiayanania M'Thambu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Thambu Kalui, who died at Meru General Hospital in Kenya, on 30th March, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
