TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 64 OF 2018 By George Onyango Otieno, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sefania Otieno Omenda alias Zephania Otieno Omenda, who died on 17th July, 2003. CAUSE No. 66 OF 2018 By (1) Ramadhan Otieno Swani and (2) James Arlikona Aswani, the deceased's executors named in the deceased's last will, through Messrs. Robert Ochieng, advocates of Homa Bay, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Siprina Ochieng Olal, who died on 17th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to, issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered Within thirty (30) 'days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
