TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 38 OF 2018 By Andericus ochola Onyango, of P.O. Box, 370, Ahero in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Serfina Ongondo Onyango, who died on 22nd November, 2012. CAUSE No. 118 OF 2018 By (1) Martha Awino Odul and (2) Atieno Odull Marcellar, the deceased's widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Owuor Akondo, who died on 22nd December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
