TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 16 OF 2018 By Fredrick Omondi, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Wilson Musumba Odhah, who died at Ruwe Sub-location, on 3rd February, 1980. CAUSE No. 32 OF 2018 By Roseline Awuor Murono, the deceased's sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obura Oranje Oranje, who died at Ruwe Sub-location, on 3rd February, 1980. CAUSE No. 172 OF 2018 By Levis Otieno Ajik, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Joseph Ajik Atieno, (2) Martin Oduor Opilo and (3) Antony Ogaga Opilo, who died at Kenyitta National Hospital in Kenya, Umala and Ambira, on 27th January, 2006, 4th April, 1998 and 14th November, 2007, respectively. CAUSE No. 204 OF 2018 By Samson Ogutu Oduori, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ismael Muhere Waidhiha, who died at Nyadorera "B", on 4th September, 1989. CAUSE No. 249 OF 2018 By Evance Odinga Ogingo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Pius Ogingo Haira, who died at Siaya County, on 19th November, 1994. CAUSE No. 257 OF 2018 By (1) George Ochieng Rangenga and (2) Lawrence Onyango Okumu, the deceased's son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Mbuya Mugola, (2) Rangenga Mugola, (3) Orengo Rangenga, (4) Puoyo Rangenga and (5) Mwanga Rangenga, who died at Ndenga Sub-location, on 2nd June 1973, 2nd June, 1983, 6th August, 1990, 2nd June, 1988 and 12th November, 1989, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
