Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Ogada Aoko, who died on 10th August, 1998. CAUSE NO. 123 "A" OF 2018 By (1) Joseph Ogola Odero and (2) Pamela Achieng Adika, both of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in- law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akelo Odero alias Akelo w/o Odero, who died on 10th August, 1992. CAUSE No. 131 "A" OF 2018 By (1) Joseph Ogola Odero and (2) Pamela Achieng Adika, both of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deCeased's son and daughter-in- law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Odero Adika w/o Adika, who died on 5th October, 1998. CAUSE No. 133 "A" OF 2018 By Rose Atieno Akoko, of P.O. Box 125-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aenda Akoko, who died on 29th July, 2016. CAUSE No. 138 "A" OF 2018 By Joseph Abot Opiyo, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opiyo Ochola alias Opiyo Ochola, who died on 25th August, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
