TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 92 OF 2018 By Nelson Ochieng Midenyo, of P.O. Box 303, Sare in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Zedekiah Midenyo Ogwang, who died at Kanyagwala sub-location, on 12th September, 2017. CAUSE No. 100 OF 2018 By Peter Otieno Danga, of P.O. Box 308, Sare in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Ngore Ochuodho alias Gor ochuodho, who died at Kanyimach Sub-location, on 10th March, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
