REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ngaire Kiambati (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Ngariama/Kabare/239, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court of Kenya at Gichugu in succession cause No. 231 of 2009, has issued grant and confirmation of letters to Sicily Wanja Joseph, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Sicily Wanja Joseph, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Ngaire Kiambati (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
