THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Muigai Nganga (ID/3084916), of P.O. Box 56, Matathia in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 12.9 hectares or thereabout, known as Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 2/139, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas Nyamathi Farmers’ Co-operative Society records show that the said piece of land belongs to Nyamathi Farmers’ Co-operative Society, and whereas the land title deed was fraudulently acquired, and whereas efforts made to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said parcel of land to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the land title deed to the said Nyamathi Farmers’ Co- operative Society, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Daniel Muigai Nganga (ID/3084916), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
