THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Kirui, of P.O. Box 7277, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0735 hectare or thereabouts, known as Naivasha/Municipality Block 2/638, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in succession cause No. 26 of 2002 has ordered by consent that the said piece of land now belongs to Geoffrey Njuguna Kimani, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the certificate of lease and all other necessary documents in respect to the above piece of land to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with registration of the certificate of lease to the said Geoffrey Njuguna Kimani, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Daniel Kirui, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
