GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12179

WHEREAS Philip Ngui Kabuthi, of P.O. Box 114, Matuu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Ndalani/Mavoloni Block I/1185, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the senior resident magistrate’s court at Kithimani in succession cause No. 43 “B” of 2016, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Flavian Mutono Ngui, of P.O. Box 114, Matuu, and has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed the grant and confirmation of the said piece of land in favour of Flavian Mutono Ngui, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land certificate issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land certificate issued to Flavian Mutono Ngui, and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Philip Ngui Kabuthi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
