REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicles registration numbers: KAB 121D–Nissan Sunny, KCD 059M–Toyota Premio, KZE 046–Mitsubishi Lancer, KCE 036P–Toyota Vanette, KAZ 034S–Toyota Gala, KTWA 1807– Tuktuk (Piaggio), KBT 761C–Nissan X-Trail, together with junk of assorted body parts all lying in the yard of Panex Garage, along Pate Road, off Nanyuki Road, Industrial Area, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles from this premises within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication notice and upon payment of storage charges, all other lawful charges incurred as at the date of taking delivery plus the cost of publishing this gazette notice. Unless the said motor vehicles together with the junk parts are removed from the said Panex Garage, THE KENYA GAZETTE 23rd November, 2018 4188 4188 the same will be sold by public auction or private treaty without any further notice whatsoever and proceeds thereof be used to defray the accrued charges, the balance if any shall be at the owners’ credit but should there be a shortfall, the owners shall be liable thereto.
