REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Jofar Systems, who brought Nissan Wingroad, motor vehicle registration no. KBX 006M, black in colour on the 14th July, 2017 and Toyota Voxy, motor vehicle registration no. KCC 090J, metallic grey in colour on 28th February, 2017, for repairs to take delivery of the said motor vehicles upon payment of the cost of repairs and storage within thirty (30) days from my yard at 1st Avenue Eastleigh, Section 3. Failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold either by public auction or private treaty without further notice and the proceeds thereof will be utilized to defray cost of repairs and storage charges and any other incidental cost and the shortfall, if any, will be recovered from the the owners by legal proceedings.
