NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th September, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1644, in Volume DI, Folio 300/6652, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Rosemary Wanjiku Wainaina, of P.O. Box 30025–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rosemary Mwikali Kangangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rosemary Mwikali Kangangi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rosemary Wanjiku Wainaina, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rosemary Wanjiku Wainaina only.
