NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th April, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3243, in Volume DI, Folio 263/6240, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Kaibe Moses Makasoma, of P.O. Box 67837–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Moses Wycliffe Kaibe, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Moses Wycliffe Kaibe and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kaibe Moses Makasoma, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kaibe Moses Makasoma only.
