TAKE NOTICE that applications havii'ig been made in this court in CAusE No. 146 OF 2016 By 'Joseph Outa Ndolo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jephitha Ndolo Outa alias Jefetha Ndolo Outa, who died at North Ratta Sub-location, Kisumu, on 7th August, 1983. PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATJON TAKE NOTICE that an application having been .made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 709 OF 2018 By (1) Sellah Adhiambo Obor and (2) Dicklakus Ouko Koyo, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Otieno Koyo, who died at Mkendwa, Kisumu, on 11th September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
