Box 11492-00400, Nairobi, formerly known as Felicity Njeri Njogu alias Felicity NJeri Ornik alias Felicity Njeri Williams, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Felicity Njeri Njogu alias Felicity Njeri Omik alias Felicity Njeri Williams, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Felicity Njeri Njogu.Williams, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Felicity Njeri Njogu-Williams only.
